A peculiar piece of sheet music

I was looking through sheet music online a few days ago and found an interesting find on the website. It shocked me! But  then again, I wasn't too surprised:

Notice the composer? Here's a better view: 

even if this is just a typical 6/8 march in C major for the time period, it's composed by "The Original Michael Casey". I know that he wrote most of the things that he recorded, but not much of it was actually published. I wonder if any military bands recorded this?
